There are fabrics that have accompanied us throughout our lives, and yet we don’t pay them the attention they deserve. A warm fabric, textured, full of personality, and with a lot of history behind it — that’s corduroy. That’s why I created the pattern for this bag as my small tribute to everything it represents, using upholstery corduroy, which is sturdier and has more structure, perfect for everyday wear.
You don’t have to use only corduroy for this pattern; you can make it with any fabric that has structure and durability and achieve the same result. I present to you a bag pattern meant to be well-used, for you to enjoy sewing it and then not stop carrying it afterward.
En esta versión, el forro interior va rematado con bies. A diferencia del bolso de pana con costuras invisibles, cambia el acabado del forro y los bolsillos frontales ocupan toda la parte frontal del bolso. En la ilustración se muestra el interior y, en color, el fondo del bolsillo.
